The Federal Ministry of Education and Research has convened an Advisory Council to support and accompany the pilot initiative and to provide the necessary consultancy services. The following institutions are represented on the Advisory Council:

• IG BCE (German Mining, Chemical and Energy Trade Union)
• IG Metall (German Metal Industry Trade Union)
• Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs of the State of Hesse and
  
• German Confederation of Skilled Crafts and Trades
